An affordable accommodation near SM MOA and the airport. The ambiance is pleasant with a garden area. Be cautious about room sizes, as I encountered issues with noise from other guests. It's a fair choice for budget travelers.

Well, it was a real good stay for one night. Loved the way my budget queen room was arranged with aircon and fan. Extremely helpful and caring staff and everything was nice. The location offered was strategic short walk to the Mall of Asia, the Ninoy Aquino International airport and the common garden.

Their staff were unprofessional.

The room had no wardrobe, unacceptable for any guest. I expected a complimentary upgrade, but instead, got a corner with flimsy blinds. Who even designs these things? I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The unit was perfectly clean and budget.

The food was cheap with a wide array of choice! The room with fan very hot. Central location was a plus.

Had very lovely stay at night or day time. Booked a double room, that was provided with fan as well as air-condition. Everything was good, I loved that. The location was favourable and the room was fairly clean. Besides, I explored San Rafael Parish Church just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Let's talk snacks! The nearby LA Cafe is a gem just 0.5 km away, perfect for grabbing a bite after a long day. Plus, the staff were super attentive. The shared toilets were impressively clean.

Room cleanliness stood out, with tidy shared bathrooms that were regularly cleaned. The noise levels were a bit distracting, as sounds from neighboring rooms often seeped through. The hotel layout could benefit from better sound insulation. Breakfast options left much to be desired. The selection felt limited and could use more variety. It was a decent budget-friendly choice but improvements in soundproofing and breakfast would elevate the experience significantly.

We loved how close the hotel was to popular spots like the Newport Performing Arts Theater. It made exploring the nightlife with our teens super easy! The spacious room allowed us all to unwind comfortably after jam-packed days in the city.

The vibrant ambiance with lush greenery made for a good retreat, and the cozy pool area created a refreshing atmosphere. While some staff members were helpful, I encountered one at reception whose service could have been more welcoming-she seemed indifferent and even provided conflicting information about pricing.

Conveniently located near the airport, with a charming outdoor pool. The warm, friendly staff made everything more enjoyable! Restful nights, supplemented by hot showers. Much appreciated!
